On Tuesday 30 November a new search warrant specifying that investigators may have found the origin of the bullet fired by Baldwin. According to court records, Baldwin received the weapon from the film’s assistant director, Dave Halls, who was unaware that the gun contained live ammunition. Halls had received the pistol from Hannah Gutierrez-Reed, the 24-year-old gunwoman of the film’s production.
