VARESE, 1 December 2021-The Christmas markets in the center of Milan are reborn. After a year of stop due to Covid-19, the heart of the Milanese city is ready for one of the most anticipated and heartfelt events of the year. In fact, in the last few days Eurostands, Brianza-based company leader in the sector of temporary set-ups and exhibition stands, took care of the production and installation of 65 wooden chalets, to which is added the house of Santa Claus, which constitute the “Christmas Markets ”in Piazza Duomo inaugurated today at 8:30 am and will remain open every day until 10 pm. It is an overall space of over 1200 sqm (18 m2 for each hut) made even more magical by almost 1 kilometer of Christmas decorations.
A space where the joy of Christmas will reign supreme and in which Milanese and tourists will be able to find a very varied offer of products that will range from crafts to clothing, up to regional delights. To improve usability and pedestrian flows, the distribution of the houses has been modified with acareful organization of spaces, increasing the transit gates. The markets will be divided into three areas: the houses in the Piazza Duomo / Vittorio Emanuele area and Piazza Duomo / ex Camposanto will have two sales fronts, while those in the Piazza Duomo / Archbishopric area will have a single front.
The set-up was done in record time: the team of Eurostandsin fact, he worked day and night from 26 to 30 November, for a total of 90 ore dedicated to dressing up the symbolic square of the Lombard capital. “We have been entrusted with a demanding but at the same time rewarding task: to bring the magic of Christmas back to Milan – says the CEO of Eurostands, Maurizio Cozzani – Never before has there been a great desire to celebrate the most magical time of the year as this year and for this reason we have enthusiastically accepted the task that Confcommercio has entrusted to us. to set up Piazza Duomo with her best dress: that of Christmas with its markets. We know how the month of December is particularly awaited and felt for the Milanese: for this reason we immediately got to work with a work plan that allowed us to operate on schedule and in total safety.

Recently the Brianza-based company built the open air installation for Motomorphosis, a non-profit project that is committed to disseminating the theme of education and road safety. In June, however, Eurostands was the main partner of the event Mimo – Milan Monza Motor Show and created exhibition spaces for 63 automotive brands in Piazza Duomo with 120 wooden platforms and 2,000 meters of cables laid in just 3 days of work.
