According to 54 member states of the OPCW, the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons, there is no longer any doubt: Russia is responsible for the poisoning of Alexey Navalny, poisoning that occurred with the novichok. And, again, Moscow refused to answer the OPCW inspectors and was reticent, therefore “it will have to answer” to international institutions, according to international law: “We, as States party to the Chemical Weapons Convention, strongly condemn the use of a toxic chemical as a weapon in the Russian Federation against Alexei Navalny on 20 August 2020.
