ROME. Italy and France at work to change the Nutriscore, that is, the Community traffic light labeling that risks penalizing agri-food excellence. Now Rome and Paris are committed to “supporting, protecting and promoting designations of origin and geographical indications registered in the European Union”. A fundamental step, according to Coldiretti, to “fight the counterfeits at the table that deceive consumers and hit hard the economy and employment of the two countries”.
