The eighteen-year-old gang leader was already finished in handcuffs, the circle closes around the baby gang that, on November 15, robbed a nineteen-year-old cell phone and money on a train of the Treviglio-Milan. Twelve days after the fact, the precautionary custody orders arrive against three other, very young, members of the group: they are 14 and 15 years old, they are resident in Pioltello and Bussero and have no criminal record. Two of them had already been identified and reported on the loose on the day of the incident. The third was tracked down following subsequent investigations.

The precautionary custody order for aggravated robbery in competition against the three adolescents was issued by the Gip of the Juvenile Court, the arrest was carried out by the carabinieri of Gorgonzola with the help of the Pioltello Radiomobile Nucleus. The doors of the Beccaria juvenile prison have opened for the three budding robbers.

There were therefore four young criminals who, suddenly, with their faces uncovered, probably boarded the train at a previous stop on the route, had surrounded a boy sitting on a semi-deserted convoy and headed for Milan. The eldest, eighteen years old, of Egyptian origin, from Pioltello, had pointed a knife at him, ordering the delivery of the mobile phone and wallet with money, documents and personal effects. Having obtained what they wanted, the gang had jumped off the train at the first useful stop, at the Melzo station, and had run away, making everyone lose all traces. The robber, shortly before reaching the next station, had given the alarm with a call to 112. The police patrols immediately rushed to the Melzese station. Three of the four members of the group, the eighteen-year-old and two of the minors, had been tracked down and blocked on the street, not far from the railway yard and still wearing the stolen goods, which were then returned.

The eighteen-year-old had been stopped, identified and taken to San Vittore. The two very youngs were initially reported on the loose. The following days were the continuation of investigations and precise reconstruction of the facts. The three boys were all recognized by the robbery victim. And in the days following the blow, the fourth was also tracked down and recognized.
