Brawl between neighbors from home, 4 smash a woman’s face with stones and bottles

A fight born for futile reasons between neighbors ended with a woman who ended up in the hospital in red code, two injured and four brothers arrested.

Four arrested, two injured and a woman ended up in the hospital in red code: it is the balance of a violent condominium dispute that took place in Arpino di Casoria, in the Neapolitan hinterland. The arrested are all brothers between 21 and 29 years of age, accused in various ways of attempted murder, aggravated personal injury, trespassing and damage. The person who ended up in hospital is instead a 61-year-old woman, who ended up in red code hospitalized. Her husband and daughter were also injured, fortunately in non-serious conditions: they will get away with a five-day prognosis.

It all started following a violent condominium dispute, which broke out on November 7 in a public housing apartment on Via Giovanni Pascoli: four brothers aged 21, 22, 27 and 29 (two of whom are already known to the police ) had an argument with another family, consisting of a father, mother and daughter. Degenerate discussion seems for futile reasons and soon became a fight first and then aggression: it was the 61-year-old woman who got the worst of it, hit in the face by stones and glass bottles. Her husband and daughter were also less seriously injured. For the woman, however, it was necessary to resort to emergency hospitalization: arrived in red code at the Cardarelli hospital in Naples for her injuries, at the moment she would no longer be in danger of life. Meanwhile, the four were arrested for attempted murder, aggravated personal injury, trespassing and harming the woman.

In the meantime, the two parents of the boys have also been investigated: from the police checks it emerged that the apartment in which they resided in the building was actually illegally occupied and that it was owned by the municipality of Casoria, and that they had also carried out various illegal “works” within it and that other neighbors in the past had suffered threats to “accept” the building abuses that were imposed on them. In the end, all the accused were also evicted from the apartment, which has now been seized by the police.
