Murder Meredith Kercher, Rudy Guede asks for sentence reduction: with the judge’s yes he could be definitively free

Rudy Guede, unique condemned a 16 years of imprisonment forhomocide from Meredith Kercher, which took place in 2007, asked one 45-day sentence reduction through his attorney, the lawyer Fabrizio Ballarini. The sentence will expire on January 4, 2022. The magistrate has already accepted one reduction of 100 days over the years, also in consideration of the three-year degree with 110 cum laude in Historical Sciences of the Territory and International Cooperation taken in prison. The murder of Meredith Kercher, 22 year old English student in Italy for theErasmus, took place on the evening of November 1st 2007. Although he always admitted his presence in home of via della Pergola a Perugia, Guede has always denied having killed Kercher. Against him were theimprint of a hand bloody and others traces from Dna found at the crime scene. Guede had claimed he had tried to to help the girl who was stabbed while he was in bath.
