A no-vax meeting in Fabriano (Ancona), inside the church of San Sebastiano Martire in the hamlet of Marischio, ‘guest’ of the parish priest Don Gino Pierosara, who tested positive for coronavirus at the end of last January after having lunch at the Casa del Clero in via Gioberti, triggering a cluster among the priests of the diocese of Fabriano-Matelica; a circumstance that caused a series of consequences including at least four deaths (three priests and a nun). The news is reported by Ansa. The meeting took place on 7 November.
At the meeting in a venue that could have accommodated up to 70 people, the attendees would have been about a hundred: a data provided in a video posted on the Facebook page of Roberto Petrella, gynecologist no-vax disbarred in 2019 from the order of doctors of Teramo, for which “the word Covid does not exist, there is the flu virus. The vaccine is useless and contains very dangerous substances “. In one of the latest posts on his Facebook page he also writes: “… Today, on my Telegram channel, I will talk to you about the 5G hypothesis. WHAT WAS THE FIRST CITY IN THE WORLD COVERED IN THE 5 G? WUAN! WHAT IS THE FIRST EUROPEAN 5G REGION? NORTHERN ITALY”. In another he writes that the vaccine against papilloma virus is useless and other false and unscientific claims. On November 4, however, the former doctor invited people to the meeting promising that he would also be photographed with those who had had the vaccine.
The video on the meeting was later deleted but in various chat WhatsApp an excerpt circulates: Petrella thanks the parish priest Don Gino for having held the meeting with a hundred participants, “only a couple with masks”, inside the church. In the video Petrella says she met another unvaccinated priest and other priests who will not undergo the vaccine at the meeting. Finally, he thanks a professor, without indicating her name, “who reminded us of Nuremberg and the death camps, something that hurt my heart”; and extends his thanks to all the participants: “You have given me other energy to go forward”. Now a potential Covid cluster is feared in Marischio. Word of mouth among residents invites people to limit leaving home for at least a couple of weeks.
