MILAN – From Thursday 11 November, as indicated by the commissioner, all citizens, vaccinated for at least six months with a single dose of Janssen vaccine (Johnson & Johnson) can access the booster with an m-RNA vaccine.

VACCINATED ABROAD. At the same time, in accordance with national guidelines, even people vaccinated abroad with a vaccine not authorized in Europe can receive a booster dose.
They will also be given an m-RNA vaccine (Comirnaty or Spikevax) starting at 28 days and up to a maximum of 6 months (180 days) after completion of the primary course. In that case, theaccess to the vaccination centers is direct without the need for a reservation. This recall generates a green pass valid for 12 months.
For those who, on the other hand, have exceeded the maximum term of 6 months from the completion of the primary course with vaccine not authorized in Europe, as well as in case of non-completion of the same, it is allowed to proceed with a complete primary course (2 doses), by booking the first dose of m-RNA vaccine through the dedicated regional platform.
