The commemoration of the fallen of the Italian Social Republic buried in Campo X of the Monumental Cemetery took place on Monday 1 November at the Maggiore cemetery in Milan. About fifty people attended the celebration, which took place in a lower tone than in the past also due to the pouring rain, mostly veterans and elderly, with flower crowns, tricolors and banners of the associations of former combatants. In recent years the appointment also gathered a thousand people, with the traditional “present” often accompanied by numerous Roman greetings.

The sentence overturns the decision arrived on appeal, which after the acquittal in the first instance, sentenced the four to two months and ten days of imprisonment. Sentence that has now been definitively annulled by the Supreme Court because “the fact does not exist”.
