The founding of RTS, a talent management and brand consulting company co-founded by Imane ‘PokimaneAnys, noted steamer, who will also serve as CCO, Chief Creative Officer.
According to press release, the goal of RTS is to “fix what’s broken” when it comes to talent management and partnership management in the gaming and esports industry. The company will work with a variety of brands, as well as esports and emerging gaming talent.
Some of the brands already involved with RTS include Epic Games/ Fortnite World Cup and Facebook. Together with Sony, the company will also own and manage the Evolution Championship Series (Evo). The company’s advisory board includes Twitch co-founder Kevin Lin, PUBG Corporation head of American division Brian Corrigan, and Endeavor executive vice president Karen Brodkin.
The leadership the company also includes several well-known names in the gaming and esports industry. Stuart Saw, former director at Twitch, has been announced as the company’s CEO. Kim Phan has been named CEO of RTS and Sue Lee has been named VP of Talent Management. Finally, Jason Scorrano was announced as the VP of the company’s Sales and Partnerships division.
Imane ‘Pokimane‘Anys, co-founder of RTS, said: “I keep seeing amazing creators doing wonders with their content and streams, but they don’t have the support to grow their brand and business operations. more basic components and they accept a lot of frustrating partnership agreements that don’t work for any of the parties involved. ”
According to RTS, the company’s goal is to “reinvent talent management,” noting that content creators in the gaming industry need to understand how to run a stable business, as well as work on growing their brand. The company also wants to help video game brands and publishers by providing support.
