Colliers – the leading company in diversified professional services and investment management – has announced that it has entered into an agreement to acquire a controlling stake in Colliers Italia (consisting of Colliers International Italia Spa, Colliers Real Estate Services Italia Srl and Colliers Real Estate Management Services Italia Srl, which
previously they were simply affiliated companies). The current shareholders of Colliers Italia – Ofer Arbib and Giulia Longo – will maintain a minority stake according to the Colliers partnership model.
As a direct subsidiary, Colliers Italia will continue to strengthen its leadership position in the domestic market, leveraging the extensive synergies with Colliers’ European platform.
The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to close in the first quarter of 2022.
Founded in 1996, Colliers Italia has grown to count over 80 professionals engaged in the activities of agency, tenant representation, investment sales brokerage, propertymanagement, valuation e project management in favor of investors, developers and tenants in Italy and internationally.
