ESI, order for 6 photovoltaic plants in Italy

ESI – company active in the renewable energy market, listed on Euronext Growth Milan (formerly AIM Italia) – has announced that it has finalized a framework agreement with a primary group in the energy sector for the construction of 6 photovoltaic systems.

The total value of the contract is equal to 25.3 million euros. The amount of the contract will pertain to 2.5 million euros in the 2021 financial year and 22.8 million euros in the 2022 financial year.

The plants will have a total capacity of 25 MWp and will be built, on the Italian territory, by ESI in EPC mode (turnkey design and construction).

L’start of activities is scheduled for November 2021, with the start of work on the first two plants.
