In the last 24 hours in Italy, 3,723 positive cases of coronavirus and 24 deaths due to COVID-19 have been detected. Currently there are 2,814 hospitalized (21 more than yesterday), of which 341 in the intensive care wards (3 more than yesterday) and 2,473 in the other wards (18 more than yesterday). 83,256 molecular swabs and 320,459 antigenic rapid tests were analyzed. The percentage of positive molecular swabs was 4.2 percent, while that of antigen tests was 0.06 percent. On Thursday, 3,905 infections were recorded and 39 deaths.
The regions that have recorded the most cases in the last 24 hours are: Campania (467), Lazio (459), Veneto (398), Lombardy (393) and Sicily (375).
