ANTI-CYCLONE OVER CENTRAL-EAST EUROPE. A large area of ​​high pressure will in fact embrace the states bordering Russia, the Balkans and part of Central Europe close to the weekend of Halloween and All Saints’ Day, while in the Atlantic a vast and increasingly deep depression area will deepen.
