Director of photography Halyna Hutchins, 42, was killed on the set of Alec Baldwin’s new western “Rust” shot at Bonanza Creek Ranch near Santa Fe, New Mexico. The actor fired, who also injured director Joel Souza, 48. It happened during the filming of a shooting sequence.
