Piazza Affari takes another step towards the record as these stocks jump to the top

The Milan Stock Exchange closed the second session of the week. From this day you can get interesting information for the next few days. Some stocks seem to want to return to the limelight, others have confirmed the bullish stance by marking new highs. In particular, 2 stocks were the center of attention on our main equity basket. Piazza Affari takes another step towards the record as these stocks jump to the top.

The premises for a new bullish phase

The market context seems to slowly clear up after the strong tensions of the previous days. Negative news is slowly giving way to positive news. Are Piazza Affari and the European stock exchanges preparing for an autumn rally? Today the squares of the Old Continent all closed in positive territory, albeit with minimal increases. The exchanges took advantage of the lack of negative news and rode the slight drop in the price of oil.

Traders seem to have digested the two biggest fears of the past few weeks. The rise in inflation is now considered an inevitable event that the markets will have to live with for the foreseeable future. The beginning of the reduction of the expansionary monetary policies by the FED is also taken for granted. The markets have already budgeted it for the end of the year. So now the operators implement new operational strategies considering these two events have been acquired. These could be the conditions for a new bullish phase in Europe and for new record highs in the US equity markets.

For the Milan Stock Exchange it was a troubled session, but in the end the closing was positive. The major index of Piazza Affari, the Ftse Mib, started up and prices went up throughout the morning. Then at lunchtime the prices reversed and took the path of decline, until 15.30. The positive opening of Wall Street supported the prices of the Milan Stock Exchange and the European Stock Exchanges in the last phase of the session. At the end, the Ftse Mib (INDEX: FTSEMIB) gained 0.2% closing at 26,332 points, approaching around 300 points from the high of the year.

There are 2 titles to report for their performance. One is certainly ENEL. The action was the best of the blue chips. Traders took the news of possible tax breaks for energy companies in Spain to buy the stock with both hands. In reality, for some time now, the stock has been preparing the ground for a new bullish phase after a long period of decline. Our Analysts focused on ENEL in this analysis: “From the risk of collapse to rich earnings, this is why you shouldn’t miss out on these 2 securities”.

The other blue chip that raced today is Ferrari. The stock hit an all-time high at € 193.75, before closing up 1.1% to € 193.40. ENEL ended trading at € 7.08, an increase of 2.5%.
