The Ministry of University and Research (MUR) has launched a public competition for the recruitment of 125 officials experts in the administrative, legal and accounting fields, communication and information, IT and statistics.

The selection is aimed at candidates graduates and doctorates or with masters. The 125 non-managerial personnel will be placed in functional area III. Expected hiring indefinitely.

COMPETITION MUR 125 OFFICIALS

The MUR competition, based on qualifications and exams, is aimed at recruiting 125 non-managerial personnel, of qualified professionalism in scientific, economic and legal disciplines, to be classified in Functional Area III, economic position F1, of the Central Functions sector.
The officials will be hired at the Ministry of University and Research, smell, with a permanent employment contract.

DIVISION OF JOBS

The overall one hundred twenty-five places are divided as follows:

  • n. 85 units, to be classified in Functional Area III, economic position F1, profile of administrative – legal – accounting officer (competition code 01), of which one
    reserved, pursuant to article 3 of the law of 12 March 1999, n. 68;

  • n. 10 units, to be classified in Functional Area III, economic position F1, profile of an officer for communication and information (competition code 02);

  • n. 30 units, to be classified in Functional Area III, economic position F1, profile of IT – statistical officer (competition code 03).

REQUIREMENTS

To participate in the MUR competition for 125 officials, it is necessary to have the following requirements:

  • Italian citizenship or citizenship of one of the Member States of the European Union, or citizenship of
    a State other than those belonging to the European Union, if the conditions are met
    referred to in Article 38 of Legislative Decree 30 March 2001, n. 165;
  • age not less than eighteen;
  • enjoyment of civil and political rights in the country of belonging or origin;
  • suitability to carry out the duties relating to the post to be filled;
  • regular position towards the military service for citizens subject to this obligation;
  • Degree of the old system (DL), Laurea Magistrale (LM) or Laurea
    Specialized (LS) issued by state and non-state universities accredited by the Ministry
    University and Research, in the classes specified below.
  • Research doctorate or university master second level or high school diploma
    post-graduate specialization.

RESERVES AND TITLES OF PREFERENCE

The reserve of positions as well as the preference titles are valued within the maximum limit of 50 percent of the seats. The aforementioned percentage is primarily intended for the compulsory reserve quota and subordinately to the optional reserve quota.

Applies the reserve of posts in favor of protected categories, determined in a staff unit, to be classified with the profile of administrative – legal – accounting officer. Furthermore, the reserves referred to in Articles 1014, paragraph 1, letter a) and 678, paragraph 9, of the legislative decree 15 March 2010, n. 66, concerning the Code of the military order, within the limits of the respective overall obligatory quotas.

With the same merit, the titles of preference. The following are preferred titles of equal merit:

  • having successfully completed the further training period at the office for the process;
  • having successfully completed the internship at the judicial offices;
  • having successfully completed the internship at the judicial offices;
  • the performance of the universal civil service completed without demerit.

SELECTION AND EXAMINATION TESTS

The selection of candidates is based on qualifications and exams and the phases of the selection procedure are:

a) Evaluation of qualifications – maximum score 30/30.
b) Oral exam – maximum score 30/30.
c) Work and training activities – maximum score 30/30.
d) Written test – maximum score 30/30.

The application for participation in the competition for 125 Ministry of University Research officials must be submitted for via telematics by filling out the form accessible from this page, by 6.00 pm of the day October 30, 2021.

Access to the platform is via SPID, after registering the candidate on the same portal. To participate in the competition, the candidate must have a certified e-mail address (PEC) in his name.
