Few passengers, but none of the dreaded hitches, one above all: the difficulty of booking tickets
October 15, 2021
ALGHERO. Lhour X was taken at 7.29 am yesterday morning, October 15, when the first plane of the low cost Spanish Volotea took off for Rome from Alghero airport. An inaugural flight on which several unknowns hung, from the debut on the routes in territorial continuity for the company to the (many) difficulties in booking tickets. Everything was swept away in a moment, because Volotea did not fail its debut and because yesterday there were no disruptions in the flights that took off from the island to Rome and Milan under the red symbol of the checkered diamond that identifies the Iberian company. Although, it must be said, yesterday the passengers on board were few, very few: just seven on board the Alghero-Milan Linate and only 17 on the Alghero-Rome Fiumicino, then dropped to 9 on the return flight.
