Confcommercio, in Milan 82% of companies ready for the green pass
Barbieri: priority came out of the emergency, tool is useful
Milan, 14 Oct. (askanews) – In Milan 82% of companies in the service sector are ready to activate the control of the green pass of their workers from tomorrow 15 October. 78% of companies believe that there will be no particular difficulties. This is what emerges from an analysis by the Confcommercio Milan research office which involved companies for 43% up to 9 employees, 27% up to 19, 14% up to 49 employees, 16% over 49 employees. The main criticalities concern the organizational complications in entry checks (41%) and the need to do without personnel without the Green Pass (30%).
Difficulties of continuous control are also reported for activities with multiple offices in the area and employees alone in branches and points of sale. There is no shortage of problems for specific situations: such as companies that work continuously H24 for which it is difficult to verify the green pass at night.
“Despite objective difficulties, the vast majority of companies in the service sector are ready to apply the Green Pass from tomorrow. Of course, there are difficulties ”, said Marco Barbieri, general secretary of Confcommercio Milan. “Some problems that arise are significant such as checks and replacement of unvaccinated personnel, especially for activities that work on a continuous cycle. The priority for all companies, however, is the definitive exit from the health emergency and in this sense the green pass is certainly a useful tool “.
