1,264 doctors are suspended because they are not vaccinated. The Order downsizes the No vax narrative: “It’s only 0.27%”

0.27% of No vax doctors are currently suspended in Italy for opposing the anti Covid vaccination. The figure, equal to 1,264 units, was released by the National Federation of Medical Orders (Fnomceo). “From the beginning, there were 1,636 suspensions, of which 372 were later revoked due to vaccination”, he explained by the federation, stating that “62 out of 106 Orders have communicated at least one suspension to Fnomceo”. The data is in contrast with what is claimed by anti-vaccination groups, namely that many in the medical world would be against prophylaxis. “The doctors who have not been vaccinated remain a minority”, comments the president Filippo Anelli: “At the moment – he highlights – the suspended are 0.27% of the 460 thousand Italian doctors and dentists”. Rings then recalled that undergoing vaccination is not just a right, but a “deontological duty”. First of all because it contributes “to stem the spread of the virus”; and also because it helps to “dispel, by example, the last doubts of the hesitant ones”. «Over 80% of the population over 12 has completed the vaccination cycle: we are really al rush final, as evidenced by the resumption of many activities. The vaccine saves our lives and allows us to gradually return to living it to the full », he concluded.
