CANAVESE – In the tables below the positive covid situation updated in our territory with the data provided by the Piedmont Region Municipality by Municipality. As already happened in the spring, we are obliged to underline that the (public) data are provided by the crisis unit of the Piedmont Region and, in certain situations, may differ from those disseminated by individual municipalities. At present, after today’s update, there are 2199 positive covid cases in the territory followed by Qc. 106 less than yesterday.

30,443 people have received the Covid vaccine reported today to the Crisis Unit of the Piedmont Region (figure at 18.30). 3,343 were given the second dose. Among those vaccinated in particular, there are 5,136 over 80s, 9,950 people in their seventies (of which 4,089 vaccinated by their own family doctors) and 10,573 extremely vulnerable people.


Today the Crisis Unit of the Piedmont Region reported 865 new cases of people who tested positive for Covid-19 (of which 76 after antigen tests), equal to 3.7% of the 23,456 swabs performed, of which 15,952 antigenic. Among the 865 new cases, 345 were asymptomatic (39.9%).
The cases are broken down as follows: 111 screenings, 554 case contacts, 200 with ongoing investigation; by area: 6 RSA / Social-Welfare Structures, 81 schools, 778 general population. The total of positive cases thus becomes 337,065.
There are 290 hospitalized in intensive care (-2 compared to yesterday).
There are 3,125 inpatients not in intensive care (-68 compared to yesterday).
There are 18,988 people in home isolation.
The diagnostic swabs processed so far are 4,123,714 (+23,456 compared to yesterday), of which 1,439,086 tested negative.

There are 25 deaths of positive people in the Covid-19 test reported by the Crisis Unit of the Piedmont Region, of which 2 occurred today (please note that the cumulative updated data communicated daily also includes deaths that occurred in the previous days and only subsequently ascertained as Covid deaths). The total is now 10,924 deaths who tested positive for the virus.

303.738 HEALED
The healed patients are a total of 303,738 (+1,809 compared to yesterday) divided as follows on a provincial basis: 24,458 Alessandria, 14,695 Asti, 9,260 Biella, 42,899 Cuneo, 23,683 Novara, 162,639 Turin, 11,415 Vercelli, 11,180 Verbano-Cusio-Ossola, in addition to 1,309 extra-region and 2,200 in the definition phase.
