A punitive expedition with hatchet and baseball bats. Relatives who faced each other in the middle of the street. Minors beaten and threatened with death. At the center of the story is an inheritance consisting of real estate and movable property plus cash on which an agreement has never been found for a fair division after the death of the mother.
The legacy is quite substantial: it consists of three houses (one in San Sebastiano da Po, one in Chivasso and a third by the sea, in the province of Savona) and several current accounts, for a total of at least 500,000 euros. The Muscò family contends for it. On the one hand there are the brothers Gianfranco and Alexander Muscò with their respective cohabitants; on the other there are the sisters Angela Muscò and Jlenia Medas with their respective husbands, relatives and friends.
It is a story that recalls the legend of the Horatii and the Curiazi, two families that clashed in ancient Rome during the war with the city of Albalonga, the one that opened in court in Ivrea: it is a trial that sees eighteen people accused accused of brawl, damage, injury and threats.
The story dates back to 1 July 2018 and triggering the feud was a raid organized by the families of Angela Muscò and half-sister Ilania Medas in the house where Gianfranco Muscò (lawyer Paolo Maisto d’Ivrea) and his partner Maria Teresa Scinica live. constituted a civil party. The trial was adjourned on October 27 in front of judge Elena Stoppini. But some of the defendants compthey will arrive in court on February 28 of next year in front of judge Antonella Pelliccia because they have chosen alternative rites: Diego, Samuel, Luca and Emanuela Dardo; Pasquale and Gianni Silletta, Angela Muscò and Michele Kara have chosen the abbreviation; Paolo Caforio (lawyer Antonio Mencobello of Turin) was the only oneor to choose the plea bargain. —
