(ANSA) – ANCONA, 12 OCT – Fifty tour operators, including 40 Italians and 10 foreigners, for an estimated 2,500 business contracts, 15 journalists, four conferences, patronage of 40 municipalities, 39 food stands and other initiatives. These are some numbers released by Inside Marche, of the third edition of “Mula” (Marche, Umbria, Lazio and Abruzzo), Central Italy Tourism Exchange to be held in Treia (Macerata) between 16 and 24 October, to promote and enhance the four regions and restore oxygen also to the seismic ‘crater’. “The Marches are once again protagonists, also thanks to promotional initiatives for tourism”, remarked Andrea Putzu, president of the second council commission, delegated by president Acquaroli to present two very important events for Marche tourism: in addition to “Mula”, the 58 / a “TTG Travel Experience” Fair, in Rimini from tomorrow to October 15, in which Acquaroli will participate.
Together with Putzu, Federico Scaramucci, president of Inside Marche Live (Marche tour operator association, promotes the initiative and represents about thirty companies) and the mayor of Treia Franco Capponi. “The relaunch of tourism starts from small municipalities, our great attractors – pointed out Putzu – the Region and the president who is responsible for tourism, strongly believe in it. Mula “is an important opportunity to create a system and understand together with the operators the right way to take to create new opportunities for recovery”. From 21 to 24 October space for tour operators: educational tour and meeting on business, with a visit to Treia and presentation of the excellence of the regions.
