With a short but eloquent tweet shared by Colin Moriarty, the co-founder of Kinda Funny piques the curiosity of fans of Bloodborne suggesting a return of the soulslike epic to dark hues under the aegis of Bluepoint.
According to the journalist and insider, in fact, the Bluepoint team just entered the PlayStation Studios would be working on a project related to the heavy intellectual property of Bloodborne.
In fact, in the post published by Moriarty we read how “I heard that Bluepoint could be en route to Yharnam“, that is the dark fantasy scenario that was the background to the role-playing adventure experienced by the emulators of the hero of Bloodborne.
The anticipation offered by Colin Moriarty does not enter into the merits of the project currently under development at Bluepoint and, therefore, does not specify whether it will be a Remaster, a Remake or a real sequel. A clarification in this sense, albeit only indirectly, could have been provided by the new subsidiary of PlayStation Studios; on the sidelines of the announcement of the acquisition by Sony Interactive Entertainment, the top management of Bluepoint confirmed that they are working on a “original content”. Could it be Bloodborne 2?
While we wait to find out what’s cooking around Bluepoint, we leave you in the company of the review of the remake of Demon’s Souls for PS5, with all the analyzes on a project that well represents the potential of the Sony subsidiary in the development of soulslike.
