Some users are led to think that there are only people out there who want to aim for the latest smartphone to land on the market. However, in reality there are also those who are looking for offers on not exactly recent models. On the other hand, the services offered by top of the range of a year ago they may still be interesting.
Well, if you are among those who do not need the latest device on the market and simply want to take home a smart smartphone with 5G support at a good price, you might be interested in taking a look at the promotion launched by TIM on Xiaomi Mi 10 5G. In fact, the well-known telephone operator is trying to “empty” its TIM Retail stores a little with regard to the devices in the window, probably to make room for the latest models to arrive on the market.
In fact, you understand well that Xiaomi Mi 10 5G no longer represents the latest news, as in the meantime much more has arrived (as you can read, for example, in our review of Xiaomi 11T Pro). For this reason, the product is now offered for 399 euros through the TIM Retail portal (256GB). Previously the price was 899.90 euros, so the discount is 501 euros (or rather, € 500.90 to be precise).
The “price cut” is clear, so it could be a good opportunity to take home a top of the range of 2020 (Xiaomi Mi 10 was announced in March 2020), which has 5G support and has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 processor under the body. In any case, everything is part of TIM’s “BIG DEAL” initiative, so the product was exhibited in the shop window, but the telephone operator describes it as “completely new and with a 24 month warranty”.
For the rest, just as happened in mid-September 2021 with the promotion of TIM linked to Xiaomi Mi MIX 3 5G, keep in mind the fact that availability may clearly be limited, given the nature of the offer.
In any case, to provide you with an overall picture of the situation, currently Xiaomi Mi 10, in his 256GB variant of internal memory, is sold for 899.90 euros on the official Xiaomi portal, as well as 629 euros through the Unieuro website (obviously in these cases the product is new). We were not able to find the device on the MediaWorld portal, while Amazon retailers offer it used in “acceptable condition” starting from 315.30 euros.
Of course, in the recent past there has been a few other offers that offered the product at a slightly lower price. However, those who missed those opportunities might find TIM’s proposal interesting.
