Roma prepares a referees dossier. As reported by the Corriere dello Sport-Stadio, the protest does not subside, the Giallorossi company will support the position of Mourinho, who had already been very critical of Guida and Var Irrati. In the last two games, against Udinese and Lazio, there have been lot of episodes which made people discuss and which penalized the team. In the midweek shift on Thursday the referee Rapuano had expelled Pellegrini, forced on Sunday to remain in the stands due to disqualification. The absence of the captain in the derby was very heavy. On Sunday evening Guida and Irrati al Var made several mistakes, on both sides. But apart the penalty on Zaniolo, Mourinho also protested loudly for the failure to expel Lucas Leiva, who has already been warned, made an entrance very similar to that of Pellegrini against Udinese, going with his elbow on Mkhtaryan’s face. That was perhaps the most glaring mistake of the complicated evening of the Torre Annunziata referee. Lazio would have played in ten for more than half an hour and it would have been another match. Tiago Pinto showed Roma’s consternation to Rapuano and to Guida, at the end of the game, in the locker room. On Thursday at the Olimpico the Roma managers had challenged the decisions of the Rimini referee even with Rocchi, the arbitrator present in the stands. Even the warning of Veretout in Verona after 17 minutes by Maresca, had caused much discussion.
The company leaks the discontent for the latest referee decisions, it will maintain the structure that Vito Scala provides for referees. The manager has logistical skills and must, at the most, announce to the race director the request for an interview by the managers who have a political role. In the next few days, a polite letter to the Federation could be sent, or a clarification interview with Rocchi could be requested.
