Punctual as expected. The storm hit Milan from 9 am on Sunday 26 September just since ayellow code weather alert – risk of danger two out of four – for severe thunderstorms issued by the civil protection of the Lombardy region. The rivers Seveso and Lambro remain especially under special surveillance.

The disturbance will cross Lombardy from West to East. In the phase of maximum intensity, thunderstorms are expected in the lower plain areas and in the Pavese Apennines. In addition to rain, gusts of wind up to 35 kilometers per hour are expected. The disturbance will pass over the whole region, but already on Sunday evening the phenomena should continue to fade.
