Green pass, 128 commercial businesses and 108 customers sanctioned after Nas inspections: fines of 94 thousand euros

I am 236 violations of the obligation to green pass ascertained and sanctioned by the Nas carabinieri since the legislation came into force on 6 August, for a total of 94 thousand euros. In over 5 thousand inspections, it was found that 128 commercial activities – restaurants, gyms, bars, betting rooms but also means of transport – did not require the exhibition of the green certificate at the entrance, while others 108 many they were instead reserved for just as many clients who were not in possession of it.

The checks are part of a campaign, active throughout the Italian territory to monitor the sectors at greatest risk of spreading Covid, for possible non-compliance. THE restaurants, bars and pizzerias failed during the inspection were 116, while 58 gyms, swimming pools and wellness centers. The green pass rules did not then apply in 38 betting rooms, game rooms or that housed other recreational activities, and on well 24 means of transport long distance.

The interventions of the Nas were really aimed at controlling the other virus containment measures, such as sanitation of environments, presence of dispensers to sanitize hands, correct use of masks and information to users on rules of conduct and distancing: in these areas 196 violations found. 9 exercises – 2 gyms a Turin and Palermo, a bar in the province of Campobasso and an ethnic fast-food a Cremona, a nearby restaurant Messina and a betting room of Ardea (Rome) – temporary closures were also punished by 1 to 5 days. 5 customers are accused of criminal offenses instead of fake and substitution of person: they used other people’s green passes or exhibited false documents attesting to the negativity of Covid-19.
