DURANGO – In Durango (Mexico) came the third consecutive success in the Under 18 Women’s World Championship for the azzurrine di Marco Mencarelli, winners over the Dominican Republic 3-0 (25-18, 25-21, 25-19).
After Egypt and Turkey, the tricolor national team confirmed its leadership in pool B, securing first place one day in advance. In the round of 16 the girls of Marco Mencarelli will challenge the 4th classified of pool A.
THE RACE – Against the Dominican Republic, Italy entered the field well and managed the game with confidence in the first set (25-18).
In the second fraction there was more balance, without however that the opponents have ever worried Ituma and her companions too much (25-21).
