Another 443 covid positive people were found in Lombardy on Thursday 23 September, the cases (7 fewer than yesterday) emerged by analyzing 54,042 swabs; the ratio between swabs carried out and new positives is 0.82%. Another 108 people who contracted the coronavirus were found between Milan and its hinterland. The data were disclosed by the Ministry of Health through the usual afternoon bulletin.

61 people with severe respiratory insufficiency are admitted to resuscitation in regional hospitals (2 fewer than yesterday). In just one day, the number of beds occupied by less severe patients decreased by 5 units for a total of 412. In the region’s hospitals there are a total of 473 people affected by SarsCov2 (7 fewer than on Wednesday).

The people who have been negativized in the past 24 hours are 608; in total, 835,608 from Lombardy have recovered from covid. The long death trail caused by the virus that killed 3 other people in a single day has not yet stopped; the (official) total reached 33,999.
