The new edition kicks off the news on Monday, the satirical news of Canale 5
Striscia la Notizia returns (from Monday on Canale 5) and Antonio Ricci returns, who rarely speaks, but when he talks, it is difficult to go unnoticed. Massimo Boldi in a recent interview he claimed to be the inventor of the satirical news. Ricci shows off his best smile to answer, but the words are flames: Strange that he finds out after 34 years, but then he is like that, always late. I love him as well as that uncle, a bit like that in all families. After all, it has always made people laugh because decoction, but he has no face, and his beauty, his is not a reasoned comedy, not a prepared matter, but an extemporaneous ability. The adjectives he uses are other, but the meaning is very clear: woe to touch his creature that starts from a double novelty: the pair of conductors is new (Vanessa Incontrada e Alessandro Siani, I chose them because this time I wanted to win easy); new pair of Veline (the blackberry Giulia Pelagatti and the blonde Talisa Ravagnani).
Ricci thinks a lot about politically correct. The starting point was the controversy that had involved in the last edition Gerry Scotti and Michelle Hunziker, accused of racism for making fun of the almond-shaped eyes of the Chinese and joking about their pronunciation. Ricci first uses the lever of paradox: Politically correct offends me deeply, it is I who would like to be protected. You offend my religion which involves satire. Satire, the term itself says, exaggeration. They offend us if they want to limit us in our freedom; thus they offend our gods. Then it gets serious: Strip he did not apologize, on the contrary we denounced Diet Prada (an Instagram account that deals with fashion and that had helped make the protest viral, ed): a judge will have to judge their instrumental behavior, because they are interested in crushing Italian brands. They had done it with Dolce and Gabbana and then they did it with Trussardi, through Michelle Hunziker (wife of Tomaso Trussardi, ed). That of the almond-shaped eyes was a childish parody. Our line cannot be to lower our heads: the freedom to mock a fundamental freedom.
Ricci also recounts his close experience with the Covid: I was with breathing cannulas in my nose and a person was dying next to me. But the strength I had when I was in the hospital was enormous, I wanted to chew the infusions; I didn’t want to give this beast to him. The irony then takes over: When I started having the first symptoms I fled from Milan and went to Albenga, I was afraid to meet Zangrillo….
