Roma. They will not receive the salary from the first day of absence, but they will not be suspended. These are the measures that will be taken against employees who will present themselves in the workplace without them from 15 October green pass. This is established by the new decree signed by President Mattarella, published in the Gazzetta Ufficiale ed entered now in force pending conversion into law, the final text of which shows differences with respect to what was previously announced.
Specifically, the text provides that the public or private worker who does not have a Green pass is considered “Unjustified absent until the presentation of the aforementioned certification and, in any case, no later than 31 December 2021, without disciplinary consequences and with the right to retain the employment relationship “. Therefore, the differences between public employees (there was talk of suspension from the fifth day) and private individuals disappear with respect to the drafts.
“From 15 October 2021 and until 31 December 2021 the ordinary, administrative, accounting and military magistrates, the members of the tax commissions they cannot access the judicial offices where they carry out their work if they do not possess and, upon request, do not exhibit the green certification “, reads the text of the decree. All other subjects who access the judicial offices are exempt from the obligation, including “lawyers and other defenders, consultants, experts, witnesses and parties to the trial”.
The other novelty is that Pharmacies are now required to apply the controlled price of antigenic tampons on Covid, but the controlled price is “also insured by all affiliated health facilities, authorized or accredited with the National Health Service and authorized by the regions to administer “rapid tampons and adhering to the memorandum of understanding. They are allocated 105 million for free swabs to those exempt from the vaccine and the penalties for pharmacies that do not comply: fines from 1000 to 10,000 euros and the closure of the business for a maximum of five days.
Meanwhile, the capacity of stadiums, arenas, theaters and cinemas could increase to 75-80% between the end of September and the beginning of October. A turnaround anxiously awaited for months has become a concrete scenario with the launch last Thursday by the Government of the obligation to green pass for about 23 million workers since 15 October. As if that decree were some sort of watershed, in the past five days many prominent politicians have re-launched the appeals with which sports executives, actors, singers, producers and directors have been trying to put the issue on the agenda for weeks.
“The government has made a clear commitment and on September 30th there will be an evaluation – explained the Undersecretary of Health Andrea Costa a A sheep’s day -. I believe that there will be the conditions to proceed with an expansion of the capacity for theaters and cinemas. I believe there may be an intermediate stage on the increase that can foresee a 75-80% and then look at the 100% target in the coming weeks ”. His colleague Massimo Garavaglia, owner of Tourism, on Sunday set the bar at 80%, explaining that the rules are “ready”, hoping for “the decree soon” and specifying that “the CTS has nothing to do with it”.
