Rome, 19 September 2021 – Also this afternoon on Covid bulletin of the Ministry of Health updates us on the progress ofl Coronavirus in Italy (deaths, new infections, recovered, ordinary hospitalizations and intensive care). Yesterday the data remained essentially stable with a decrease in the number of deaths (here the bulletin of September 18th). These days the focus has been essentially on the new Super Green pass which from 15 October will be mandatory in all workplaces and on third dose to cope with the decline in immune response of vaccines as the months go by. The immunologist Abrignani quotes the case of Israel who has already taken the road of the third dose.

One week after reopening of schools, the Minister of Education, Patrizio Bianchi, defines the school “the safest place today“. On the political front, the secretary of the CGIL, Maurizio Landini, sided in favor of the vaccination obligation: “We think that a law, as our Constitution says, onvaccination obligation for all citizens is the best way to fight the virus “.

From the regions / Tuscany
The new cases of Coronavirus registered in Tuscany in the last 24 hours there are 418 out of 17,876 tests of which 8,485 molecular swabs and 9,391 rapid tests. The rate of new positives is 2.34% (7.3% on first diagnoses). Compared to yesterday, the number of new cases is higher (there were 326) while the number of tests carried out is lower (there were 19,051) consequently the rate of new positives has increased (it was 1.71%).
The Covid del Veneto today marks 364 new positives and one death. The total number of infected reaches 465,185, that of the deceased 11,739. In the last 24 hours, there was also one less patient hospitalized in a critical area and one more in a non-critical area.
Today in Puglia 13,391 tests and 164 positive cases were recorded: 57 in the province of Bari, 21 in the province of Barletta, Andria, Trani, 5 in the province of Brindisi, 21 in the province of Foggia, 51 in the province of Lecce, 6 in the province of Taranto, one resident outside the region and two in the province to be defined. No deaths recorded.
In Basilicata s31 new cases and 23 healings were reported. No dead. In South Tyrol 61 infections. In Friuli Venezia Giulia 74 new infections, 11 patients in intensive care).
