For a year he will not be able to access bars and other public places throughout the province of Genoa after being ‘caught’ while attempting an extortion. The first provision, in Liguria, of this type was issued by the commissioner Vincenzo Ciarambino against a 20-year-old Moroccan.
On the other hand, seven other people were banned from entering bars and clubs in the historic center for a total of 23 years: six Senegalese and one Tunisian. The provisions were adopted because they were responsible, for various reasons, for drug dealing and robbery. In case of violation of the prohibitions, imprisonment is foreseen from six months to two years and a fine from eight to 20 thousand euros.
