Government asks Chambers to comply with the Green Pass – Ultima Ora obligation

(ANSA) – ROME, SEPTEMBER 16 – We are moving towards extending the obligation of the Green Pass also for constitutional bodies, thus including the Quirinale and the Constitutional Court. The obligation, therefore, will also concern the elected offices of the Chamber and Senate.

This is what various government sources underline at the end of the control room at Palazzo Chigi. The obligation, for the principle of self-declaration, cannot automatically apply to constitutional bodies which, according to the decree on the “super Green Pass”, will be called upon to pronounce themselves by 15 October.
