He left on July 5th, with his bicycle and a tent to camp, stage after stage. Simon Emilio Di Betta, aka Thousand thousand miles, became famous on Tiktok – where it counts today over 300 thousand followers – for his big dream: to cycle the whole boot, to discover big cities but also small towns that still deserve attention.

Today the “web cyclist” is located in Sardinia, where he has already visited the city of Cagliari and neighboring countries including Sixth, Assemini, Tenth and Tenth. With his stories he tells, between one ride and the next, what is beautiful to see.

But without too many stops, what he encounters on his path, the tiktoker immortalizes with a photo or a fifteen-second video. Then in Assemini the obligatory stop will be the pastry with cream of a historic pastry shop in the town, while in Decimomannu you cannot but stop for a moment. in Piazza Santa Greca, where every year – except in a pandemic period – thousands of faithful gather to celebrate it.

The path is long and there is still a lot to pedal, but if you see a young cyclist with a smartphone in his hand while recording his feat, it is very likely that it is him.
