10.45 – The third free practice saw Fabio Quartararo (Yamaha) get the best performance of the morning in 1’46.926. But the fight is really close: Aleix Espargarò (Aprilia) is second at just 0 ″ 023, Joan Mir (Suzuki) third at 0 ″ 056, Bagnaia (Ducati) fourth at 0 ″ 058.
Completing the top 10 are Miller (Ducati) fifth, Jorge Martin (Ducati Pramac) sixth, Pol Espargarò (Honda) seventh, Marc Marquez (Honda) eighth, Takaaki Nakagami (Honda LCR) ninth and a fantastic Enea Bastianini (Ducati Esponsorama) tenth. Only 350 thousandths separate the first from the tenth.
Important names will be forced starting from Q2, with Johann Zarco (Ducati Pramac) eleventh, Cal Crutchlow (Yamaha) twelfth, Miguel Oliveira (KTM) thirteenth, Alex Rins (Suzuki) fourteenth, Valentino Rossi (Yamaha Petronas) fifteenth.
Maverick Vinales (Aprilia) closes 17th, 0 ″ 8 from the leader Quartararo.
