In Basilicata 38 new positives over the weekend
Thirty-eight of the 1,093 swabs examined in Basilicata over the past weekend were positive: this was announced by the regional task force in the daily bulletin on the progress of the epidemic, which also records 50 hospitalized (three are in intensive care). In two days another 48 people have recovered: 1,312 infected are in home isolation. 4,894 vaccine doses were injected over the weekend. The Lucanians who received the first dose were 405,963 (73.4%), while those who also received the second were 330,076 (59.7%).

122 new cases in Puglia, two victims
There are 122 new coronavirus cases detected in Puglia out of 7,946 recorded daily tests, with an incidence of 1.5%. There are two dead people. The province with the highest number of new cases is Lecce (70), followed by Foggia with 35, Bari with 10, Bat with 2, one in Taranto, while no cases have been registered in Brindisi. Currently positive people are 4,297, those hospitalized in non-critical areas are 228 while there are 22 people in intensive care, two more than yesterday. Overall, 6,724 people have died since the beginning of the pandemic.
Tuscany: four deaths, fewer hospitalizations in intensive care
In Tuscany today there are 4 new deaths due to Covid-19: three men and one woman, with an average age of 77.8 years. Overall, 7,035 have died in Tuscany since the beginning of the epidemic. The currently positive are 10,788 today, -1.5% compared to yesterday. The total cases of Coronavirus positivity are 274,304, with an increase of 313 cases compared to yesterday. The total number of people healed are 256,481 (473 more than yesterday). The hospitalized are 452 (2 more than yesterday), of which 56 in intensive care (2 less).
Covid, in Sardinia 123 new cases and 3 deaths
In Sardinia there are 123 further confirmed cases of Covid positivity, based on 1,326 people tested. A total of 1,862 tests were processed, including molecular and antigenic. There are 3 deaths: a 64-year-old man and two 83- and 98-year-old women, all residing in the Province of Southern Sardinia.

Valle d’Aosta: no new contagion and zero deaths
No coronavirus cases have emerged in the last 24 hours in Valle d’Aosta, where the total of positives is 12,034. No deaths were recorded on the last day, so the overall number of deaths remains at 473. There are 2 more recovered, ie 11,466 since the beginning of the pandemic. The swabs carried out were 70, or 170,431 since the beginning of the pandemic.
