BOLOGNA – Since the beginning of the Coronavirus epidemic, 415,057 positive cases have been recorded in Emilia-Romagna, 513 more than yesterday, out of a total of 14,012 swabs performed in the last 24 hours. The percentage of new positives on the number of tampons made since yesterday is 3.7%, a value not indicative of the general trend given the number of tampons performed, which on Sunday is lower than on other days. Of the 513 newly infected, 230 are asymptomatic. The average age of new positives today is 36.6 years.

The contagion situation in the provinces sees Modena with 143 cases, followed by Bologna (95); then Parma (58) and Reggio Emilia (45); then Ravenna (39), Rimini (36), Piacenza (31), Cesena (23) and Ferrara (20); finally Forlì (12) and the Imolese district (11).

As for the total number of people healed, they are 437 more than yesterday and reach 386,013. The active cases, that is the actual patients, to date are 15,658 (+73 compared to yesterday). Of these, people in isolation at home, that is, those with mild symptoms that do not require hospital treatment or are symptom-free, total 15,199 (+56), 97.1% of all active cases.

There are three deaths in the province of Ferrara, three women aged 89, 90 and 92.

In total, there have been 13,386 deaths in the region since the start of the epidemic.

There are 49 patients admitted to intensive care (-2 compared to yesterday), 410 those in the other Covid departments (+19).

On the territory, patients admitted to intensive care are distributed as follows: 2 in Piacenza (-1 compared to yesterday), 5 in Parma (-1), 3 in Reggio Emilia (unchanged), 8 in Modena (unchanged), 11 in Bologna (unchanged), 2 in Imola (unchanged), 7 in Ferrara (unchanged), 2 in Ravenna (-1), none in Forlì (unchanged), 1 in Cesena (unchanged), 8 in Rimini (+1).

Vaccination in the pharmacy from 7 September

From tomorrow, 7 September, it will also be possible to get vaccinated in pharmacies: there are 176 adhering to today (who the list). Only adults who self-certify that they do not have any minimum risk factors such as compromised immune system conditions, a clinical history of seizures or severe allergic reactions, the presence of Covid symptoms and having suffered from certain diseases can be vaccinated at the pharmacy. in the past. The vaccination will be carried out either directly in the premises of the pharmacy, or in appropriately set up external areas of relevance. The vaccines used will be Pfizer, Moderna and Johnson & Johnson.

The Ausl insists on under-19s: another 160 places in Castenaso

The Ausl Bologna tries to push the foot on the accelerator even more with regard to the vaccination of students. On Friday 10 September, from 2 pm to 7 pm, in Castenaso, at the Airone Social Center (via Marconi 14) 160 doses will be available for those under 19 not yet vaccinated who are preparing to return to school. There will also be two pediatricians of free choice, to answer the doubts of young people and their parents.

Minors must be accompanied by a parent and must bring with them the consent form signed by both parents. All those who want to anticipate the second dose already scheduled, must bring with them the vaccination certificate with the date of administration of the first dose.

From 16 August, in compliance with the instructions of the National Scientific Committee, the USL of Bologna has allowed 12-19 year-olds direct access to all corporate hubs. These measures have shown, up to now among 12-19 year olds, in the territory of the Local Health Authority of Bologna, a vaccination coverage of 67.5% with at least one dose and 38.1% with the complete cycle. In particular, in the Eastern Plain District between 12-19 year olds there was a coverage of 68.4% with at least one dose and 39.4% with a complete cycle.
