As for fiscal peace, today is a very important day. In fact, this is the final deadline for paying the tax bills inherent in the scrapping program ter. But who has to pay? Let’s find out together.

Today’s date of September 6, 2021 is the last available to pay the tax bills.

The payment of these was divided into installments after the introduction of the program Scrapping ter, which provides for an extension of 5 days with respect to the original deadline. The suspension period is officially concluded, after the termination of 8 March 2020, and the notifications and notices of the deadlines for the payment of the installments have returned.

Payment folders: here is who is required to pay by today

As mentioned, today’s deadline already incorporates the 5 days of tolerance provided for by Scrapping ter (the original deadline was set at 31 August 2021). The subjects required to pay are first and foremost all the taxpayers who adhered to the Scrapping ter in 2020, followed by those who had the installments due on 31 May 2020.

The suspension of payments, which was one of the many effects of the pandemic, began theMarch 8, 2020 and has continued until today, for a total duration of approximately 17 months. All the overhead of the fees to be collected was deferred in several installments to facilitate payment.

Scrapping: here are the future expiration dates

Future expiration dates are close enough:

  • September 30, 2021 for the installment due on 31 July 2020 (scrapping-ter and balance and excerpt);
  • October 31, 2021 for the installment due on 30 November 2020 (scrapping-ter).

It should be remembered that also for these two appointments the 5 days of tolerance provided for by the decree will be applied. Payments must be made using the bolelttini relating to payments still to be made, contained in the “communication of the amounts already due”.

For those who do not pay within the established dates, including the 5-day bonus, there are sanctions. In the worst case, the possibility of to pay the sums in installments and to be subjected to a recovery action by the Agency.
