Milano – The food that will save us (The Ship of Theseus) by Eliana Liotta demonstrates how indispensable one is ecological turning point at the table to help the earth and health. To save the environment, it is no longer enough to ride a bike, buy a hybrid car and remember to turn off the lights. It is not enough to think only of oil and coal. The revolution also starts from food because more and more often we tend to forget that we are part of the whole, but above all we are what we eat and what we eat can change the world.
