There would be old disagreements and not a dispute over the barbecue in the courtyard at the origin of the murder of Francesco Spadone, the 34-year-old with a precedent killed last Wednesday in the courtyard of a public building in Via Ovada in Milan. Rocco Sallicandro himself, the 72-year-old who fired two shots in the chest at Spadone, reiterated this in front of the investigating judge Tiziana Gueli. The judge validated the arrest and ordered the prison as requested by the prosecutor. The elder then remains in San Vittore. Sallicandro’s lawyer, from what has been learned, is considering asking for an expert opinion to ascertain any mental defect of his client.
