Milan 3 Aug. A binding agreement was signed today for the construction and management of the 2026 Winter Olympics Arena by the company Milano Santa Giulia (Msg), controlled by Risanamento, and by Evd Milan, a company of the Eventim group, listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. The Arena Santa Giulia will host some Olympic competitions in 2026 and, subsequently, sporting and entertainment events of international and national level.
The binding agreement signed today governs the terms and conditions of the purchase by Evd da Msg of an area of approximately 50,000 square meters, reclaimed and urbanized, within the larger area of the Risanamento Group covered by the regeneration and development plan “Milano Santa Giulia Project”, on which Evd itself will build and subsequently manage the Arena. The Cts Eventim Group, one of the leading international operators in the field of live entertainment, manages the Lanxess arena in Cologne, the Kb Hallen in Copenhagen, the Waldbühne in Berlin and the Eventim Apollo in London in Europe.
