The magistrate entered in the register of suspects as an act due to having delayed the opening of the investigation into the so-called “lodge Hungary” resulting from the statements of the lawyer Pietro Amara
The Attorney of the Republic of Milan, Francesco Greco, is being investigated in Brescia for delaying the opening of the investigation resulting from the statements recorded by Piero Amara on the alleged “Loggia Hungary”. The Ansa agency reports it. His inscription is a due deed following the complaints to the Brescia prosecutors of the prosecutor Paolo Storari, also investigated by the Brescia judiciary for revelation of office secrecy. The news of the registration in the register of suspects of the Greek prosecutor emerged following the communication, which took place, about twenty days ago, of the initiation of the procedure by the Brescia power of attorney to the CSM, to the pg of the Cassation Giovanni Salvi and to the Ministry of Justice.
The contested offense, as a due act, is theomission of official acts for having omitted the timely registration of the crime reports deriving from the declarations made in December 2019 by thelawyer Piero Amara to the deputy prosecutor Laura Pedio and to the prosecutor Paolo Storari as part of the investigation into the so-called false Eni conspiracy. Following these statements, prosecutor Storari had asked Greco and Pedio to immediately start an investigation into the Hungarian Lodge. Which it did only on May 12, 2020.
