Yesterday in Italy 6,171 new Covid cases and 19 victims

The coronavirus positive tests recorded in Italy are 6,171 in the detection yesterday, Thursday 29 July (up from 5,696 on Wednesday), with 224,790 molecular and antigenic swabs performed (yesterday 248,472) and a positivity rate of 2.75%, an increase, albeit quite slight, compared to 2.29% the previous day. The victims were 19 (15 Wednesday), for a total of 128,029 since the beginning of the pandemic. The number of patients admitted to intensive care is growing: today 194, from 183, with 20 admissions on the day (compared to 9 on Wednesday). Symptomatic hospitalized patients also increased to 1,730 compared to 1,685 on Wednesday.
