Ligea Lounge Bar
Speaking of panoramic views, here’s another nice news: in the heart of the capital, the Bettoja Hotel Mediterraneo has opened its renovated rooftop, one of the highest points from which to observe the city of Rome, at a height of 50 meters. Rooftop that changes style and reopens its doors to guests in the new Ligea Lounge Bar, which is characterized by an elegant vintage atmosphere, between 1940s lamps and restored Art Decò interior design accessories – works

La Torre Prati wine shop
TheLa Torre Prati wine shop, and we advise you to go and try it as soon as you return from vacation, perhaps in September, when it reopens. This is the last creature cast by the group of Silvia Sperduti e Michele Pepponi – specialized in haute cuisine and in the organization of top level events. A new concept, more than a spin off of the starred restaurant of the same name, with a formula that sees the coexistence Eat Me Box (which have had great success with the delivery in recent months) with quality catering, dedicated to curious palates, with an all day long venue that goes from cocktails to bagels, from burgers to poke bowls.
I take it out of the oven
It is not a real new opening, but a restyling. I take it out of the oven, the pizzeria that is directed by the maestro Stefano Callegari, among the reference points in the world of leavened products in Rome and beyond, has reopened with a completely renewed look: from the new (and more captivating) brand to the restyling of the premises in via Statilio Ottato, passing through a more articulated and international menu, to ‘corporate structure with a broader vision. Here then in the renovated space, a new line of products: from traditional classics to gourmet pizzas with an international footprint, which allow you to go around the world in a pizza: a selection of ingredients that give the pizzas fascinating names such as Beirut, BBB, Grenwich, Madagascar-Madagascar, Mexico and Clouds, to name a few. Particular mention to two international pizzas: the Bari-Moscow and the Zero 2. If the first is based on Calvisius caviar, the second carries a 24 carat gold leaf on the leavened disc. An absolute novelty.
