A boy brought to the hospital in red code and undergoing an emergency operation. This is the result of an attack that took place around 10 pm on Saturday 24 July in via Ponte Seveso, in the Central Station area.

118 intervened on the spot, with ambulance and auto-medical, and state police. Due to deep cuts to the breastbone and arm, the victim, a 28-year-old Algerian, was transported by ambulance to the Niguarda in Milan. When the wheel arrived there was no sign of the attacker.

The injured man, who also had a probable finger fracture, was operated on once in the hospital. At the moment, reports the police, he is not in danger of life and should be discharged in 15 days. Investigations are underway to identify the person (s) responsible for the violent attack.
