G20 Environment: negotiation at the end, ok from China – Last Hour

(ANSA) – ROME, JUL 23 – China allegedly gave its assent to the final document on energy and climate of the Environment G20 underway in Naples. ANSA learns this from G20 sources. At the news there would be applause in the hall of the Royal Palace. President Biden’s climate envoy, John Kerry, and the Italian Minister of Ecological Transition, Roberto Cingolani, contacted country delegates one by one to arrive at a shared document. Kerry left the Royal Palace of Naples twenty minutes ago. Cingolani is still working to define the last details with the most difficult countries. The press conference postponed to 6 pm (ANSA).
