The five lots relating to the same number of empty spaces in the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II have been provisionally assigned. It will be the company Duomo 21 to manage the revival of the Clock Room, with its splendid terrace on the main door of the Gallery, with an annual rent of 491 thousand euros and 1.6 million euros of planned investment.
It Cobianchi space he was instead assigned to the company Damiani for 1.3 million euros of annual rent with the commitment to proceed with restoration works for a value of 1.8 million euros.
Two spaces on the upper floors, respectively of 267 square meters and 367 square meters, have been assigned to Felix srl of Carlo Cracco with an annual fee of 119 thousand euros and 40,500 euros.
Finally, the premises with entrance in piazza Duomo 19-21 will be managed by Mi-Room for an annual fee of 456 thousand euros and 653 thousand euros of investment expenses.
